RETURN POLICY


Wood Life is happy to exchange or refund your purchase within 15 days of delivery. 


RETURNS:

If the product you receive is not as described or lower quality than expected, you may return it and receive a full refund. The return shipping fee will be paid by you. Unwanted goods must be returned in a fully resaleable condition and any tags must be intact. 


*To be eligible for a return, your item must us be in the same condition that you received it.  


EXCHANGE:

If there is any defect or damage caused during shipping, you are entitled to an Exchange by submitting photographic proof of the damage. In this case, the return shipping fee will be refunded to you after we receive the returned product. We will gladly send you a replacement and there will be no extra shipping fee for the replacement delivery.


Please send us an email at sales@woodlifestore.com and include your NAME, ORDER NUMBER and a brief DESCRIPTION of your return (with photos in case of damage) 


**Products may only be returned when unworn & with no visible stains/marks present.


DELIVERY FEES FOR RETURNS/EXCHANGES
  • If your item is damaged during transport: the return shipping fee will be fully refunded after we receive the returned product and the new product sent as replacement will have no delivery fee.
  • For general returns within the EU: the return shipping fee is the senders responsibility, however the original delivery fee will be refunded after we receive the returned product.
  • For general returns outside of the EU: the return shiping fee will be the senders, and we will be unable to refund original delivery charge.



REFUNDS


We will process your refund within 24 hours of receiving your returned item back to us in Ireland. You should expect to see your refund in  within 4 to 7 working days (Monday-Friday, excluding global bank holidays) according to bank processing times. You will receive a Refund Update email once your refund has been processed by us. 


If you do not receive the funds in your account after 10 working days from receiveing our Refund Update email, please contact us so that we can verify with the bank.


Please note: some local banks may take longer to process payments. Wood Life has no control over bank processing times.


*We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.
